Hi, I deposited £35 with a100% match bonus today I hit the wagering and tried to withdraw via neteller which is a withdrawal method available !! However when I try it it says unsupported currency even though my currency on the casino in is sterling and the neteller currency is showing as sterling the same goes for skrillex… the other methods of withdrawal are ALL crypto which I have never used nor know anything about.?

Please understand, that the variety and accessibility of payment methods are not managed by the casino exclusively. Several factors as the Licensing Authority, geolocation, contracts with the payment providers, and bank restrictions, all have a major influence. If a payment method was available for deposits, it doesn’t mean necessarily, that it will be offered for withdrawals too, also it can be discontinued at any time. Unfortunately, casinos are sometimes powerless and limited in offering payment methods to their customers.

 

Could you please advise if you have been informed about any alternative method to withdraw your winnings? Was your account verified successfully in the past?

They only have crypto withdrawals and I know nothing about crypto never mind getting it withdrawn to a crypto acc. Yes account was fully verified last week

After 7 live chats I asked again "surely you have another option than crypto withdrawal" and she said does is show SEPA it does and she confirmed it was a bank transfer so I have withdrew £1000 and it is in the processing stats which they tell me means it hasn’t been approved by the casino yet…
