They take money from UK players via Visa and Mastercard credit cards despite this being illegal
  They take your money and do not allow game play   
Then they do not authorise withdrawals of any money you have in your account and keep your money  
They use third party processors to process any transactions through your bank miscoding the transactions so that they do not show as gambling transactions  
A lot of third party companies are taking payments on their behalf  
When you reach out to them in regards wanting your deposited money refunded they spam you with numerous copy and pasted email replies  
They then block you account when you tell them you are reporting them to all concerned

Unfortunately the only positive I can say about this casino is that the emails you receive from them are in English

I would like to share my deeply negative experience with Goldenbet. On April 24, 2025, my account was suddenly blocked without any prior warning or valid explanation. At the time of the block, my account had a balance of 465.06 GBP, which has remained completely frozen since then.

After receiving an unclear email response, I was instructed to contact their support via live chat. I did exactly that — several times. Each time I was met with vague, repetitive responses stating that my account is "under investigation" and that the process may take up to six months. No further details were given. When I asked for clarification, the chat was abruptly closed on multiple occasions while I was still typing my questions. I also emailed their KYC team, but they just redirected me back to live chat, where again I received no real help.

I have been fully verified for a long time, and I never received any warnings or infractions on my account. The sudden nature of the block and the refusal to explain the situation feels extremely suspicious and frustrating. I have kept all the screenshots and email correspondence and will gladly provide them to anyone who needs proof.

This experience feels like a deliberate attempt to avoid paying out legitimately earned funds. I urge anyone reading this to be extremely cautious before depositing any money with Goldenbet. This kind of behavior from a casino is unacceptable and should be exposed.

Reached out to support and asked some straight questions which just couldn’t seem to get a straight answer. At some point the advisor must’ve just got fed up and ended the chat. When I reinitialised the chat and the same person was there, they told me to stop spamming, the chat otherwise I would be blocked from using support. I can only agree with the previous speaker... Not a single chance of winnings, just looking for rip-offs! Lost €500 in total with no gain whatsoever. This has nothing to do with chance in the slots!
