I have been on Gambstop since April 2024 and this company have taken my deposits in the last 6 weeks when I have relapsed, they have now caused me great financial stress and debt beyond my imagination, I need to try and reclaim some money back they have taken off me. They didn’t ask if I was on Gambstop or pick it up during my registration.

Hi I have not spoke to the casino as unfortunately I was at a point where I would do anything to try gamble again, it has really caused me so much distress, my casino account is accessible but I’ve not got any money to do it, I even took out a bank loan which I am so ashamed to admit to be able to play again, I am disgusted in myself, I’ve not asked for a refund as I didn’t know where I stand, anything back at this point would be a bonus, it’s been a case of life or death for me at the moment as I don’t know how I can get out the hole I’m in

When applying for the self-exclusion, clearly state the reason for deactivating your account and specify the period. Also, the email "Subject" should be marked and easily recognizable as the casino support receives many requests per day. If it is marked visibly you will stand a better chance of having your request granted as soon as possible.
