hello hope you can help me have been waiting for the payment of 1130 € since 16.11.2020 am in cht every 2 days i am always told i will get the money this week and they have been saying that for 4 months now! have paid in with skrill after 3 months you have sgat you have removed skrill i am supposed to make a bitcoin account i did that and that was already 1 month ago I still haven't got the money. I already wrote a few e-mails to support but got no answer.

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but almost four months is abnormally long time.
