I've waited since the 21st and 24th of Feb since I requested my withdrawal and they are extreemly foul. They don't respond in customer support to it. I will NEVER give another cent to golden lady. I still haven't gotten the $565 they owe me. They are crap when it comes to customer support. They give no answers.

After months of playing and finally winning, I have yet to receive a payout. I have been pending just over $5K in winnings for 6 weeks. Their terms say 7-10 business days. I have been told by support that it is "in the works" and to "be patient and trust the process". Meanwhile they will not respond to emails, don't answer in chat half the time, and refuse to tell me why it is taking so long.
Slots are actually rigged. Bonuses seem appealing, but they can basically turn the games off from what I can see. Would not recommend playing here to my worst enemy. Also, it seems the few who do win have to go through hell to get a withdrawal. Play elsewhere IMO.
