The player from the United States has requested a withdrawal. Unfortunately, the payment seems to be delayed. The complaint was closed as 'unresolved' as the casino has more than 15 cases marked “No Reaction Policy”.
I joined golden casino on march 7th 2023, I made 5 deposits. I have a pending withdrawal of $850. Every time I contact customer service I am told "I am in line or they have prioritized my withdrawal". The website states 7-10 days for withdrawal. I have seen nothing and spent over $250 in deposits. Any help would be appreciated.

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account, especially if it’s your first withdrawal. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it. I requested a withdrawal on the 7th of March, the same day I joined. So it has been over 14 days. I have tried to email all my verification documents via email, ie) license, payment method ect. However the email that was given to me support@goldenladycasino is not working. It does show my withdrawal as "pending" but that it’s. Customer service there cannot give me an answer, I just keep getting told I need to be patient and email my verification documents, however the email doesn’t work.

This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.
Regrettably, it seems to be a common practice of Golden Lady Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our previous failed attempts to negotiate.
We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from Golden Lady Casino. I wish I could be of more help.
