It has been almost three weeks since I initiated the withdrawal, and despite previous experiences of prompt processing, my latest request, made on May 25, 2024, for an amount exceeding 20000 PHP, remains unresolved.

Previously, my withdrawals of similar amounts/smaller have been processed within 24 hours, sometimes instantly. However, like I mentioned the 20000php remains unresolved until this time.


They also told me that the deadline for the withdrawal is set to be in 31.05 but it has not been in my account until today.


I will keep updating if the withdrawal is processed.
