I deposited $3700 on February 22, increased to almost $8000 in eSports bets, and applied for a withdrawal.

Yesterday I won $19,500 in baccarat and applied for an additional withdrawal.


I was told that the maximum withdrawal limit was $600 per withdrawal, so I applied for $600 per withdrawal dozens of times and left it alone.


I received an email from the casino site saying

"The maximum withdrawal request amount is limited to 150 USD for technical reasons."

I was informed by email as above.

I have not used any bonuses, and to me it seems like they are clearly trying to melt my money by delaying my withdrawals.


What should I do? I just wish I could withdraw $600 a day like I used to be able to.

After contacting guru, I also contacted ggbet.

I was told that it falls under 8.21, which is stated in the terms and conditions.

"8.21. In cases when the amount of your withdrawal request is at least 20 times larger than the total sum of your deposits, you will be limited to 5000 USD (or equivalent in your currency) for withdrawal per month."


However, when I replied that I had deposited $3700 and the total sum was less than 10 times the total amount, the withdrawal limit was increased to $800 per day.


In the meantime, I was able to make my 1st withdrawal of $800 today, so we'll see how it goes.
