Hello I opened an account on this casino today!


i recieved a bonus and i completed wagering of the bonus


when it came to withdrawal i asked customer service they said make a deposit and then i can make a withdrawal so i made a deposit and i played with my deposit and i applied for a withdrawal after 10 minutes i saw that i have been logged out and my account is blocked now!!


i asked customer service about this and they said because i have multiple accounts i dont kno why they said that ! forget multiple account i dont even have account in any other casino except this this was my first ever account in online gambling and this happened 🙁


i dont know why they are saying that i was misusing bonus if you dont want someone to use your bonuses and commplete wager then just dont offer the bonuses.
