The player from Latvia had her account blocked and winnings confiscated due to impossible Skype call verification. After a closer examination, we ended up rejecting this complaint as the entire incident took place almost a year ago and the player was betting on sports mostly.

13.04.22 My profile was blocked because we couldn't resolve how to perform Skype verification. I use google translate to speak English. So I told them I didn't speak English and it wouldn't be so easy for me to answer, but it was possible with an interpreter or an interpreter application. They rejected this categorically and my account was blocked. I believe that if you do not know how to speak English you should not be deprived of money and block your profile. At the very least, they should warn you that only those who can speak English can register. They also mentioned that it is possible to do the verification in Russian, I have been studying Russian for the last 6 months and I am ready to do this Skype verification in Russian. But they dont reply to my emails so i dont know what should i do. They also said i will receive my 500 EUR deposit but it never happened..

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos takes KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process.

Could you please advise which games you were playing and if you withdraw any winnings from this casino in the past? As far as I remember, I placed sports bets and probably played in the casino, I don't remember.

Since your account has been blocked almost a year ago and you placed bets mostly on sports betting, I'm afraid we won't be able to help you. Please understand that to undergo the Skype verification you need to remember what games you played, which payment methods you used, and what bets you placed. Understandably, this isn't easy after almost a year.

My only advice would be to contact us as soon as possible if you come across the same issue in the future. Please let me know if there's anything else we could try to help you with otherwise, I will be forced to reject your complaint.
