The player from India had opened an account on GGBet, used a promo code, and won 2,800 rupees. His account was abruptly blocked due to an alleged violation of rule 21. The player denied having broken any rules, stating that he had only played one slot to wager his bonus and had not used any strategies prohibited by rule 21. The winnings he claimed were obtained from sports betting. However, as our Complaints Team lacked the expertise to handle disputes related to sports betting at that time, we were unable to assist the player with his issue. As a result, the complaint was rejected.

I opened account on ggbet as my friends were playing here too.

Then i used a promocode and got some bonus money. I tried to wager in slots. Couldn't wager, tried my luck in others. Got the money of 2,800 and suddenly my account was blocked. And they say i violates rule 21 . I didn't wager nor got even 1 rupee from the slot i used bonus on.help me please

When playing with an active bonus it is prohibited to use any strategies aimed at fulfilling the bonus wagering requirements, including collecting scatters to get free spins using the bonus balance and subsequently to receive free spins to the real balance. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that the player is using such strategies, then the Administration reserves the right to void all the player’s winnings and block the gaming account on the permanent basis.

I only played one slot to wager. Lost everything on it. Even I didn't bet any real money on that slot.( Actually I did that was before activating any casino bonuses and I lost real money) after getting bonus I never used real money to bet on that slot. Nor did I get anymoney and nor did I even wager. I even didn't leave any unplayed games nor collected any scattlers. The balance 2,800 inr which I got was from sports. but casino accuses my of rule 21 which I did not break .
