The player from Malta had been unable to process a withdrawal due to the lack of a withdrawal option, even though his account had been verified. He had reached out to the casino through various channels but had received no response. The player's account had been verified over two years prior, and he had been an active player since that time. The casino had initially difficulties in addressing the player's issue due to confusion between different companies using the GGBet brand. However, upon the player's insistence, the casino managed to find a way for the player to manually process his withdrawal by contacting a specific email address. The player had confirmed the successful withdrawal and had expressed gratitude for the resolution.

It is technically impossible to process the withdrawal of my funds.

As you can see in the attached photo, there is no withdrawal button/option in the withdrawal section.


The Live Support 24/7 is non existant. Nothing happens when I try to click the button.


I have sent 3 emails to support@ggbet.com , none of them were answered.

I have sent 3 tickets to the complaint section at https://ggbet.com/en/complaints , none of them were answered.

As advised on the website, I tried to reach the Alternative Dispute Resolution entity Pardee Consulta, they didn't answer my email either.


I have called +44 (203) 393-36-99 "Unfortunately there is no available operator at the moment" 7 times in a row.


Just in case I tried to log in using both Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome but no difference.


Needless to say that my account is obviously fully validated and I can still use the money to place bets.


If you guys know a way to reach GGbet.com I would really appreciate your help because their customer service sucks to say the least.

Have you been advised why you can’t withdraw your winnings?

I have been moderately active within the last 3 years.

I placed 43 bets in 2021 , 12 bets in 2022 and 4 bets in 2023. Overall, I'm slightly losing.


In June 2022 I have received this email (see photo).

What's weird is the address from which the email was sent : info@info.ggbett.com.

What is even weirder is that gameplay is still available since then.


So I supposed they changed their mind or it was some sort of fraudulent spam.

I observed that all the forwarded emails are dated from 2021.

  • Could you please specify when was the last instance you contacted the casino?

I unsuccessfully tried to contact the casino multiple times over the last few weeks.

The last email they sent me was the one linked in my previous email on the 21st June 2022.

They also sent me 2 automated emails in 2022, one on the 7th of January 2022 and one the 15th of March 2022 to confirm successful deposits.

if, in the past weeks, the headquarter company wouldn't be able to reach a representative of a subsidiary that is using your brand, how to expect a simple client to reach them ?

I have contacted maxent.com , they answered my email back within the day and processed my withdrawal. The money is now on my bank account.
