I have been a regular VIP Customer of genesis casino for over 6 months depositing lakhs of rupees.My VIP manager Mr Niel has denied giving me bonus even on depositing nearly lakh rupees in a day rather gave me a mere 5k bonus.This is how they treat a VIP client.No good bonuses no warm welcoming their vip clients.The just dont want u to win and jst want ur money nothing they will provide and now they are not replying to my mails even

Dear Samarth,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Have you tried to redeem any specific promotional offer? Have you communicated possibility to receive any bonus prior to depositing funds into your account?

Meanwhile, please understand, that we can’t penalize the casino for not giving you a bonus automatically.
