I deposited at this site with Neteller and won. I have always been using Neteller. I want to withdraw to Neteller but they say it is not available in my country and that I can only withdraw by bank. This is terrible for me because of tax and money transfer regulations in my country. Very hard to do it and the bank will inquire from me and put me on lists, etc.


Neteller was available totally fine when I was depositing and I continue to use Neteller for all the other casinos I play on the internet. The site should facilitate a Neteller withdrawal for me. Maybe they can do it manually.


I tried to comply but I am unable to withdraw to my bank because of taxes and documentation requests from banks in India. So they should pay to the same method that I used to deposit. Bitcoin is also fine.

Please understand, that the variety and accessibility of payment methods are not managed by the casino exclusively. Several factors as the Licensing Authority, geolocation, contracts with the payment providers, and bank restrictions, all have a major influence. If a payment method was available for deposits, it doesn’t mean necessarily, that it will be offered for withdrawals too, also it can be discontinued at any time. Unfortunately, casinos are sometimes powerless and limited in offering payment methods to their customers.

 

Could you please advise if you have been informed about any alternative method to withdraw your winnings?

I encourage you to set up a Muchbetter ewallet, just like your VIP manager recommends. It's a popular payment method and is accepted in many casinos and usually has good withdrawal speed.
