The player from Ireland had experienced a delay with a pending withdrawal. The casino's support team had informed him that the payment would be made when the finance department was ready, which breached their own terms and conditions. After the player submitted a complaint, the casino claimed that all his withdrawals had already been processed and his balance was zero. Without confirmation from the player, we had to reject the complaint due to the lack of response.

Simply not paying a withdrawal. Account is verified. Support say it will paid when ever the alleged finance department want to pay. They've breached their own terms and conditions. Cash just sitting pending.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.

Could you please advise when exactly you requested this withdrawal? Have you made any successful withdrawals before?
