The player from the USA had deposited $50 to withdraw initial winnings and was then informed that she needed 10 people to sign up before she could withdraw. She had confirmed that her account was verified and it was her first bonus. We had suggested that if her deposited $50 was still available in her account, she could potentially cancel the bonus, forfeit the winnings, and use at least the deposited $50. However, due to a lack of response from the player to our messages and questions, we had to reject the case.

I started playing with my free play 38.00 ,when I won the 4000 I initially won 2000 first and when I tried to withdraw it they said I had to deposit 50.00 first ., I deposited 25 then 25 and then when they got my 50 .00 they all of a sudden came up with I had to get 10 people to sign up before I could withdraw, I’m more worried about getting my 50.00 back it is a scam every time you try to withdraw you have to do something else before you can get your money

Yes I was verified and yes I did pay the 50 to be able to withdraw, then I had to have 10 people sign up
