I've been trying to make a withdrawal at Gama Casino for days and I can't.


I deposited money to play through Astro Pay.


However, to withdraw my money, they don't offer Astro pay, if I was able to deposit to play why can't I withdraw it?


You have the option of withdrawing via PIX, but they don't allow it, it always gives an error. I talked to countless agents and none of them offered a solution.


I sent several emails and in all the responses, they advise me to log in from another browser, but they don't explain the real reason for not releasing my money.


I want to withdraw the amount of R$621.80. I sent my documents and they don't accept them, I gave my PIX KEY which is my CPF and they don't accept it, how can they withhold my payment?

Please understand, that the variety and accessibility of payment methods are not managed by the casino exclusively. Several factors as the Licensing Authority, geolocation, contracts with the payment providers, and bank restrictions, all have a major influence. If a payment method was available for deposits, it doesn’t mean necessarily, that it will be offered for withdrawals too, also it can be discontinued at any time. Unfortunately, casinos are sometimes powerless and limited in offering payment methods to their customers.

  • Was your account verified successfully in the past?
  • Have you been advised to deposit via PIX to make this option available for withdrawals?

Unfortunately I fell into a scam, Gama Casino is not trustworthy. Depositing my money was quick and easy, using pix or Astropay worked fine, but withdrawing my money was impossible.


Gama's service is horrible, agents close the chat without providing a solution to the problem, by email they send standard responses, none of them are interested in actually resolving the problem.


I have already sent my details, my receipts, registered my bank account and they have not returned what is mine!


The PIX option is available for deposit, remembering that the PIX is from my country, so if they used it in good faith, they would have already transferred it.


This casino site is a real scam, I don't recommend it to anyone!!!
