Have given them all id they keep sending me sheets of paper to sign and are now telling me that they will return money to account despite I have spend 12 k on the site. Have been waiting for 8 days

What have you meant by "they will return money to account"? Do I understand it correctly that your withdrawal has been cancelled and winnings put back to your account?
