Hi, so my complaint is regarding my withdrawal issue. First it was due to delayed verification process then my account for verified and I could see that I only have "Bank Transfer" option available on withdrawal so I placed a withdrawal through that, the same day I got a mail from them saying this need some more information before they can process the withdrawal and additional documents so I sent that to them after which they asked me to cancel the withdrawal I placed through bank transfer option and use Astropay which I had no problem with doing but I couldn’t see the option on the withdrawal page of the same so I highlighted that issue to them. It’s been 3 days where they just keep saying that their technical team is reviewing the problem and they will email me at the earliest but I feel they are just delaying it. Kindly intervene at the earliest please for my withdrawal.

  • The last deposit was made on 24/07/2024. 15:01:39
  • My verification was completed on 26/07/2024. 14:27:45
  • Unfortunately the casino didn’t give me any timeframe and only kept saying that the technical department is reviewing it.


Please help me get my withdrawal as soon as possible, looking for forward to your reply.
