I've been using Fundalor for a while now, and overall the experience has been good. I haven't had any problems with deposits—not once did a deposit get stuck or fail to go through. I've added funds in different ways, and they've always been processed quickly. Withdrawals have varied: sometimes the money arrived almost instantly, other times I had to wait a couple of hours. But it always ended up arriving; I've never had a withdrawal rejected or stuck. I contacted support several times with different questions. They don't always respond instantly; sometimes you have to wait a bit. But they actually resolved my queries, not with generic answers, and that's more valuable to me than speed. I also liked the welcome bonus; the terms were clear and straightforward. The rollover requirement is reasonable, as is the list of games that count towards the bonus—I didn't have to wonder why my favorite slots didn't qualify. What I liked least was the platform itself. The interface isn't the most user-friendly, and some sections are hard to find. There are also few slots, especially compared to larger casinos. It doesn't stop me from playing, but it's clear that it needs some polishing. None of these points are serious enough to make me stop using the casino. There are more things they could improve. Overall, Fundalor seems like a normal, functional casino to me. No siempre responden al instante, a veces hay que esperar un poco. Pero las consultas las resolvían de verdad, no con respuestas genéricas y eso para mí vale más que la rapidez. El bono de bienvenida también me gustó, las condiciones estaban claras, sin trampas. El rollover es razonable y la lista de juegos que suman para el bono también, no tuve que andar averiguando por qué mis tragamonedas favoritas no contaban. Lo que menos me convenció fue la plataforma en sí. La interfaz no es la más cómoda, algunas secciones cuesta encontrarlas. Y hay pocas tragamonedas, sobre todo comparado con casinos más grandes. No es que me impida jugar, pero se nota que ahí falta pulir. Ninguno de estos puntos es grave como para dejar de usar el casino. Son más cosas que estaría bueno que mejoren. Hey everyone! I want to clarify again that Fundalor is one of my favorite casinos, but I've had some issues with deposits, and it's frustrating. When you make a deposit, you're supposed to play it right away, or at least that's how I see it. On January 30th at 12:11 p.m., I made a deposit to Fundalor via Oxxo Pay. Fundalor says "immediate reflection" in the Oxxo Pay option, but I still haven't received my deposit. I contacted Fundalor, and they told me it could take up to 24 or 48 hours and that they don't accept my receipt as proof of payment. I contacted Oxxo, and they said it takes 24 to 48 hours on business days. Oxxo also says "immediate deposit." The deposit expires on February 1st, and the transfer number expires. What's going to happen to my deposit? Why aren't they being honest at Fundalor about deposits taking 24 to 48 hours to appear? If they were honest, I wouldn't be going through this...
