According to the live chat representative, no deposit bonuses are offered to all the players, even if their nation is listed between "restricted" ones, thus they can test the games. I understand, it would be preferred if the whole list of restricted nations was published in T&Cs, but unfortunately, this is not the case. I hope I clarified it for you sufficiently.
