Hello.

I made a request for withdraw, website says it should be in 3 days, but i still dont have money. I wrote to support but they only apologize for delay. Im making complaint so early, because I've read that its typical for this casino to making delays to make user play cancel withdraw and lose money, so I think they need some pressure from outside. Thank you and im sending a screenshot of my withdraw request.file

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with the casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, please, let us know and we will intervene and try to help you.

Thank you for opening my case. Account settings says that i dont need KYC. Moreover - support said that my withdraw has bigger prio and i think thats raw talking. But okay i will wait, maybe some Frumzi worker will see complaint at guru site and make that faster.

Please understand, that the player is the only one responsible for their account, active balance, and all the bets taking place.

Sometimes there are valid reasons as to why player's withdrawals are delayed, and since you decided to play your balance and ended up losing we won't be able to help.

Keep in mind we intervene in the issues related to delayed withdrawals only after 14 days have elapsed since a withdrawal is requested.
