You do not need to write the posts in English, as we use an autotranslator on our website. So, feel free to write Ellinika, and it will be translated.๐Ÿ˜‰

So, are you trying to get the withdrawal now or a refund of your deposits? You should clearly state it in your complaint so our team can fully understand the issue. It could surely help to move forward with the complaint.

Okay, I understand. I hope that our complaint team will be able to help you out then and solve the issue.

Do you have any new information regarding all this, by any chance?

They stopped their operation as they got in trouble in The Netherlands for offering their services illegally. They did continue under a new name  3-102-897762 LTDA

There are a lot of new casinos under that company name which looks very similar to Casbit branded casinos.

May I ask if this information can be confirmed somehow? So the company just changed its name? ๐Ÿค”

Romi

It is in Dutch however:

The company did not change its name. Casbit simply stopped to exist and a new company started in Costa Rica (Casbit was based in Curacao) with almost the same casino layout and images and a different name.

As I have a permanent ban on the Casbit group casinos I tried to sign up on the new company casino brands but got rejected for an exclusion. Wont be a coincidence that the new company that looks the same as Casbit also blocks a player that was blocked on Casbit casinos too.

The same happened to Gammix that became Starscream Limited with a new license from Kahnawake.

I understand now. Thank you for the explanation.๐Ÿ‘Œ

So it is actually good that this self-exclusion works well between those two companies. That means they can protect players well.

What do you think?๐Ÿค”

I completely agree Romi, but it also confirms that the casino does belong to the same management but they just rebranded their casinos and moved to another country with a different name.

It sounds reasonable, indeed. Yet, it might also be the same label. Though I know how silly it sounds, it would be great to have it confirmed by the casino management.

Casbit / Luckywayz

-----------------------------

justbit.io / joebit.io

0xBet / BCCoin.bet

Jungliwin / uco.bet

boomerang-bet / boom-bet.io

Lala.bet / chacha.bet

betspino / spinybet.com

Misc:

starzino (uses the same skin as casbit sites, perhaps just an addition)

newlucky (uses a dama/n1/hollycorn skin oddly)

I have been paid within the last 7 days by justbit.io so they seem to be acting normally until they shut down the old sites. I've seen at least one of the other sites have broken links in a recent deposit match email (you click the button to get the bonus) but justbit offers are still working as usual.

Almost zero SEO done on most of these luckywayz sites so far. Only found joebit due to it being indexed on justbit.io's sublinks on google (try it)

The new sites have legit licence validations under their new name, interestingly still with gaming curacao rather than the GCB. Also looks like they are used a costa rica licence while initially setting up the new websites or to use at teh same time in certain territories (bccoin redirects to albion.bet for uk IP, boom-bet.io (sports) is costa rica whilst play.boom-bet.io is luckywayz curacao. Seems like the switch might not be ready just yet.

They've got a new curacao company on each of the dupes for their old sites. their are remnants of the costa rica company on a few still though its a bit of a messy. Your self exclusion works because its the exact same site with different pictures/text. I didn't need to sign up to a dupe as my login details worked on it as well.

Them reforming due to a regulatory demerit rather than due to some sort of financial issue makes them paying out as normal make a ton of sense now.

Great feedback; certainly handy for the rest of us!

There are so many details. Did you know players like you are welcome to update any casino by contacting the Data Team?

Just enter the overview tab of the specific casino and scroll down until you find this:

Our guys will certainly be grateful for any news.

Hello!

Well, I'm assuming this agreement means you are not suppossed to spek about it anyway, are you not?

Hard to help without knowing the conditions of this aggrenment or any other details. What do you suggest?

Would you say filling out a public complaint would be a good call?

I'm guessing it's the thing where people were getting their historical deposits refunded because they were illegally accepting dutch players, which might explain why its not going super smoothly compared to a regular win for a normal player. I recently had a five figure win paid out after the usual 48-72 hours pending.

Hi Radka,

These are the biggest scammers I've seen. Know why? They let a lot of people sign contracts to gain time they don't pay back and ignore you after a while. THESE PEOPLE NEED TO BE ADDRESSED BY A PLATFORM LIKE CASINO GURU. Just look at trustpilot are already more than 100 people with the same problem as me. I personally have the right to involve a third party if the counterparty does not comply with the conditions such as refunding the money. So I would like help. Not just me but more than 100 other people! I beg you to get in touch with Lalabet

It's about a lot of money all together. I can send you the documents in a private message. I hope you can help me and all the other victims of Lalabet. I also want to report that Lalabet has a new website Chacha.bet this website is the exact copy of Lalabet and all accounts have been converted to Chacha bet. The difference is that they now have a license in Costa rica. But lala.bet is still active too!

Yes the agreement is made because they accepted players from the Netherlands

You know, I fear you are not going to like what I am about to say,...

Let's put legality matters aside and focus on logic and fairness for a while, such situations are merely comparable to allowing players from restricted countries. Do you know how Casino Guru approaches that?

It's stated in the Fair Gambling Codex ๐Ÿ‘ˆ

"If a player is able to access the casino's website, open the registration form, create an account, deposit and play, it's understandable that they assume that they are allowed to play at this casino.

Some experienced or careful players might read the T&Cs and find out that their country is restricted, but these players are definitely in the minority.

Our position

It is not acceptable to let players gamble if a casino knows that they are from a restricted country and if the casino plans to refer to the rule about restricted countries whenever a player requests their first withdrawal. This is completely against the rules of fair play, as the casino is knowingly letting a player wager money without a chance to actually win something in return.

Many casinos claim that this is difficult or impossible to implement into their systems, but it is simply about comparing the player's country of residence with the list of restricted or allowed countries; therefore, we do not consider it to be that difficult on a technological level.

"

Generally speaking, from this perspective, if the player from such a country is treated like any other player, and has the same chance to deposit, play, and withdraw, we do not see a valid reason for refunds. Do you think such a player would protest if he won a jackpot? Frankly, many players use this as an advantage to claim back deposits once they realize it means playing without a risk.

I'm not saying this is about you; on the other hand, if you submit a complaint, it may end up being rejected. I just want you to know that.

Each complaint is considered seperately, so in any case, the complaint process is at your disposal here ๐Ÿ‘ˆ

Thank you for the input regarding the other casino and the license. I'll get it checked.

It's not about whether or not we're allowed to play. I've been scammed, I sign a contract stating that I'll be refunded. This agreement is not respected. That's pure scam. It would be different if they say directly you don't get a refund. But in this case, a chargeback is promised with a contract and it is not kept!
