Netteler e-wallet

Guys, does anyone here use the netteler e-wallet?

I'm having 1 problem that has been going on for 1+

Every withdrawal I make to my account is charged a fee of €10 until then, but then I am withdrawn + €10.

That 10€ is 1 money that disappears not being registered in the statement of netteler or my bank.

In a 1st attempt to solve this problem, netteler accused my bank of withdrawing this money.

I tried to prove otherwise.

They fled the case and ended the argument.

This time I managed to prove that it is not my bank so netteler is using the excuse of 1 intermediary bank, which is not possible. As far as I know, no money can come from an account without justification and without being registered.

Who can help me understand this mystery

this is truly a mystery. 🤔 So you got a bank statement saying that your bank is not responsible for + €10. Not sure what is this "excuse of 1 intermediary bank" though, something like that another bank can be involved?

Can you paste the naswer you got from the Neteller, please?

From my bank, they informed me that they did not charge me any fees and that the money received from netteler was that amount, that is, for me, netteler steals 9fr from me for every withdrawal I make to my account. I still have no news from netteler.

The statement shows that the transfer comes from paysafe.

There is no intermediary bank and if there is, it is from netteler and they are responsible for the transfer.

I still have no answers from netteler. I'll have to file a complaint against netteler.

All the transfers I made for + a year give + 200€

That complaint will be netteler.

They have to show proof of payment just so they can prove that they are not the ones who keep the money and the curious thing is that the sum of the 9fr is the same amount as the netteler fee. I find it very strange

I was thinking about some local payment regulator or some similar supervisory authority, rather than the Neteller itself.
