I'm curious to see how they proceed in my case. I also initiated a chargeback a few days ago and I'm afraid I'll suffer a similar fate to you.
It's really shocking that the casinos get away with it and you as a person are pretty much powerless to do anything about it.

Ich bin mal gespannt wie sie in meinem Fall vorgehen, habe vor einigen Tagen auch eine Rückbuchung eingeleitet, ich befürchtet mir wird dann ein ähnliches Schicksal passieren wie Dir.
Es ist echt Erschreckens wert dass die Casinos damit durchkommen und man als Person so gut wie machtlos ist dagegen etwas zu unternehmen.

Take no responsibilities for merchants breaking terms and report this to Visa and MasterCard, which they probably are required to do. But it seems in general, as a consumer, we have 0 protection when it comes to literally anything, especially as soon as it leaves our countries border.
So my follow-up question is of course, can you clear the account first, should you even dare to have money left. etc .. should you be afraid even with refunds outside of contact with revolut but it still went to revolut.: shit

yes, they send out reminder emails that the account will be closed soon and that you must pay out the money you have. jodå, dom skickar ut påminnelsemail att kontot stängs snart och att man ska betala ut pengarna man har. Men dom låser vissa tjänster under tiden man fått besked att kontot ska stängas snart så man kan inte ta emot överföringar eller föra över själv, då måste man be dom om hjälp. Men man kan ta emot återbetalningar till sitt kort, men inte banköverföringar

I got no mail from them, they just refunded everything so im waiting, it can take 1-2 days before i see it all on my account.
I emailed them early yesterday and just explained the situation, and that i havent used their services etc
Oh, i didnt asked the casino for refund, i contacted expressiveera.com and told about the situation and that i didnt pay for thier service etc 🙂
