Over the months it was multiple, goldenbet, Jokabet, nationalbet, velobet and mystake.

All are back bar a small few which equates to £200/300 so just trying them now.

I had loads of transactions to them on my monzo account which was closed is there a way to dispute those even tho my bank account is closed with them?

Not sure, in theory yes as it is a global scheme for visa/mastercard and if in the timescales then worth a try. Could ask them for the statements then try and chargeback?

Which is illegal as any site licensed in the UK is not allowed to offer cancel withdrawals.

Hi there yes I would try as much as you can chasing the merchants as you need this to send as part of the chargebacks the two banks you mention I dealt with Revolut but they are terrible they have not even answered my 2nd complaint the 1st reply letter is now with the FOS.

I think it is also the luck of who you bank with but I just kept going back using my own wordings the template thing might be over used now but considering your story you should have a strong case.

I proved that the final reply letter was flawed so this must have got them to open it back up as 2 out of 4 points were upheld now they have raised them all.

Well it sounds like you have all the tools at your disposal to win them.

Its 45-60 days time frame.

Over 120 days its very hard especially if it is banks like the ones you mention.

I was told to raise mine on Revolut as chargeback fraud ? so I did them 3 times and got verification I had they said you have not done them yet ? I gave up my other bank just raise them all for me so they are taking the p**s I would say making it hard to do them I will go back to it eventually but focused on getting the raised ones sorted now its a waiting game

I would say anyone with a heart would have been helping you by now that is a disgrace !

I am actually more worried now about having the money and how I will cope with it if I win it all back again on the chargebacks I should be happy but im a bit worried yes happy but worried but the therapy sessions are helping me a lot to understand it and my mind and getting praise for not falling to temptation is great.

Thanks I did all mine as that I had been gambling on an illegal site I did a few on other cards as goods not received but only when it was small amounts of claims on one card it was one and the other was 3 and these were much harder to raise loads of questions, hassle etc the majority on one bank were all just me telling the true story, I have not had a refund yet it is all held from me till 45-60 days are up and it has only been a few days so far so long way to go ! from what I gather and previous claims they are impossible to fight but I need to wait and see what happens. You will get most of it back I am sure and yes each small amount back is a victory and part of you back, I bought myself a few small items but most of the 1st amount was used to pay off debt and even at that I still have about £30000 to pay including a loan against the house which is £23000 over 15 years my plan is to pay the personal loans off then attack the loan against the house maybe get another personal big loan to pay that so that im safer with less risk but I still have a lot of work to do but my credit rating has soared with paying off a lot of cards and loans recently.

I feel really sad about you losing the inheritance money it must hurt you even more to lose money left for you by hard working family members who left it for a better future for you so I really feel your pain but stick in there you have hope and keep fighting and do it for them !

Hi,

I've read the last 10 pages and I have one question for now. Where do I start? What page?

I've lost everything to these casinos, I find myself mindlessly playing on them, until I have nothing left. I asked for my Mystake account to be closed but was able to get it reopened by asking, not even required to provide any evidence.

I've made almost all transactions through Revolut to Falcora Finance. From what I've read so far this complicates things. Is there any hope?

Edit - How are you going direct to the casino's and managing to get refunds, albeit partial refunds?
