Brilliant. It is life changing and I'm glad to see someone having success. Take the cash out and have it somewhere safe, if its not in your bank you can't gamble online 🙂

I will have to get on the case and start drafting an email. Its so hard to put into words as it is such a difficult subject. I will inform the bank I have already spoke to the ombudsman etc and that I would like to process a complaint regarding transactions and the transactions they refused to chargeback then threatening me with fraud.

It doesn't seem like they have my best interests at all. How are they protecting a company that's operating illegally over their own customer

I did like 3-4 times After they refused the chargeback . Im getting always the Same answer its not their fault, because ist accepted via 3e Secure. Or the other answer its not in Mastercard/visa chargeback guidlines, they cant process the chargeback, even if they want

Yeah, I'm a bit stuck.

My bank is just seeing gambling transaction and saying 'nope', before even doing any investigation

I was thinking that too. I will go to the FOS, but it's such a lengthy process and because I'm an idiot, I kinda need my money back now.

Yeah true. Are you disputing with a bank? and is it credit or debit card transactions? I'm doing both. I have had more luck with my credit card company, no luck with my debit card.

With your credit card, I think you should be fine as they have the gambling blocks automatically built into them and the incorrect MCC has bypassed them, so they're also kind of at fault.

I've not had that merchant before.
