I have just contacted them myself and am getting the ball rolling. The ombudsman agreed that who spends £1300 on ebooks in a week, it should have been picked up on. Especially as I have contacted the bank multiple times.

They will provide fake receipts yes as your card will have been used on the blockchain, to deposit into the casino. They then manipulate this into looking like you have purchased digital art.

Indeed. They make it look like you have purchased it because your card has been used on the blockchain. You have no receipts though. Something that can be questioned

Yes I know the thing is I do feel relieved but scared as well with a lot of money now but I have learned from my mistakes ive had so many let offs yes 100% the banks are at it and not protecting or acting in the customer interests Im sure you will get a refund now !

I told the ombudsman it was. But I have communication with each merchant. I have communication with the bank also pleading that I'm a problem gambler.

I've had a lot of money back. But the ones that had the most money off of me, and haven't been cooperative anyway I've had no luck. So why not go through the ombudsman and at least try.

I know Nathan next time im done for ! the thing is we would never win its fake games and sites and they do not pay out if you hit a big win when I realised that my heart sunk that I had ploughed so much in to it for that to happen I realised I had been scammed !😳

Alright thank you. I got a response from them that i need a final response from them. Should i just send them the Revolut decline that they dont accept to start a chargeback. @paulmcewan05 were These transactions on Revolut u got refunded?

I hope so mate. I'd be happy with a big chunk back it's well over £5000 for the vendors I am disputing and I'd happily settle for a percentage. I don't know how long the chargeback period is to be honest.

I would contact the company, your bank and the ombudsman and just get it all going

already tried to contact the Company-> no answer

already tried to raise chargeback throw Revolut-> they dont accept the chargeback as on the other gambling sites etc.

should i contact the Ombudsman in my Country or the Ombudsman in GB, cause Revolut is in GB.

my last Chance would be to contact the Ombudsman. I lost the most on csgoroll

Its 180 days I got some raised more that im sure though I have got £32000 back and £2000 pending so life changing amount really
