So if the problem is that the casino doesn't freeze your account and you lose your money, I think you're responsible. If the money was still there then it would be possible to continue and our team would try to help you, but if you think you will get a refund based on the fact that the casino didn't meet your request and you lost your money, it's tough.

Of course, I hope you can get a refund this way.

First, thank you all for the Infos, and pre written Mails fpr the Casino/PaymentGateways etc. I read it all.

I had send Mails to my Casino "playboom" which used wrong MCC . The blocked my Account instanly.

Then i had send a mail to nun-tech becasue of Kycoin without success . Their answer

Dear Sir,

we have taken careful note of the elements that you have brought to our attention.

However, we invite you to contact the site directly which you used to acquire the goods and services you wished to benefit from.

Indeed, our role is limited to fulfilling regulatory vigilance obligations.

Kycoin is our utility token which allows this site and its users, including you, to benefit from its identification services.

 Thank you.

 Yours sincerely,

 Team support.

In my browser History i see often paysage.io & wpayments but dont know which is the connect partner.

Has anybody a tip in the case of kycoin oder or the casino which used textime.org . The textime.org transactions are all paysage.io

Thank you for your help and good luck by your Cases.

Hi mBp12,

I’ve been searching Visiola Easy Coarses out too.

Went to my Mastercard when depositing with xxxxxxx. This is all I can find on them. Newly registered company. Probably using name to throw people off the track. No financial reports and no employees.

***Visiola Ltd

85 Great Portland Street, First Floor, London, W1W 7LT***

Other companies committing "Tranactional Laundering" aka Fraud:

Destream Services-Told me they would take me to court if I charged back.

You're welcome. It can be tough chasing all these payment processors down... Hope you're able to reclaim some money back 🙏

They seem to be trying to deflect now….

T_support from destream.net has just sent you a message. To continue the dialog, go to the conversation page. You are free to do whatever you want. But also these messages will be used to represent any chargeback from you for future possible arbitrages... The way of communication is unacceptable in our company. All transactions where made through 3DS and you were aware of that and agreed with our Terms and conditions.

Have a good day

Funny thing is we don't get a chance to read their terms and conditions when making payment. We didn't agree to pay a dodgy merchant.... Do the chargebacks. I did! and got some money back. What they're doing goes against Visas rules for disguising gambling transactions.

Guys,

anyone have information on Wonwingames.club?

they’re not responding to emails, need to know how to get hold of them, or the payment provider

It makes me very happy to see everyone here pursuing refunds from illegitimate 3rd party vendors.

These companies are complicit along with casinos in avoiding scrutiny from banks, credit cards and anti-gambling software. They know exactly what they are doing.

Don’t let any of these companies brow beat or claim you are in the wrong.

Always remember to play by the casinos rules and chargeback miscoded an illegitimate charges just like they would hold back any withdrawal based on technicalities.

Fu$$ them

Guys,

Does anyone have information on "Teachyamy.com" I have tried contacting the email on the website but no response.

Big reward for anyone who can obtain the payment provider?
