They played dirty with me with the withdrawals and they have to pay for it.

Tomas' response was basically "even though I understand that they did everything to make you lose your winnings the casino acted correctly and there is nothing we can do about it".

Then I don't know if you know that that regulatory body does not deal with player complaints.
