I dont inderstand why some advise to add casino in cc.
If you end up filing a chargeback afterwards and send that particular mail with the casino in the cc it is likely that the bank will reject it.
Simply as casino transaction cannot be processed for chargebacks(whether the merchant is miscoding or not)
Even when I have raised chargebacks and the casino send me mails after a few days asking about the issue I ignore them. Thats also the reason I won every single chargeback I ever had to file against them.

You will find the merchant name and email to contact.
When I contacted them, they replied that they do not make refunds to private individuals and that I must instead go through my bank to make a chargeback

Okay. Maybe it was the casino that refunded then, but were all transactions from just faramp that were refunded.
Will try to find out if it was Mobilum or Leon Casino that made the refund
