What was your experience with them? How did they reply?

You don't seem to have learned anything from the previous messages, do you? You post every step about these service providers and then you're surprised when they don't refund any money or stop refunding at some point.

It’s not all about getting them to refund you. Some banks require you contact the merchant to initiate a chargeback; if they don’t reply or provide any information it’s hard to progress the chargeback.

Do you notice something? You just told yourself the reason why you didn't get a refund or a response!

There’s no harm in asking about another persons experience. You’re more than welcome to gatekeep emails and your "process", but if you haven’t noticed, we’re all in the same boat here.

There’s no harm in trying contacting the retailer. I must add, my bank requires proof of communication between myself and the retailer regarding refunds to initiate a chargeback

Then first clarify it with your bank or the provider alone before you present the answer to the provider on a silver platter. The provider's response is to remain silent if 50 emails with the same request reach the provider at the same time.

If the bank has no other solution/reason to initiate the chargeback, it will reject the chargeback for lack of evidence, in which case a message sent is irrelevant. The bank works according to the rules specified by Mastercard. The problem with the chargeback is the 3DS verification, which shifts the liability to the bank. If a transaction is not 3DS verified, the provider is liable. This means: 3DS verification = a bad hand drawn. The provider's method is as safe as a SEPA transfer, once you have paid, you won't get the money back so quickly.

You could also say that if you want to launder money, you just have to work with Mastercard or VISA. You get the impression that the rules for a chargeback take precedence over the applicable law.

Can anyone tell me which website is behind DstrLTD, Limassol Cyprus?

I have found the following which is also creative.

Music Reverb (support@musicreverb.com)

Emarse Skincare (info@emarseskin.com)

123-Templates (support@123templates.net)

Dress Direct Cloth (hi@mydressdirect.com)

CSSKINSPRO (info@paytechpro.com)

KyPay (support@nun-tech.com)

Dolcepay Limited/Kenya (support@dpkenya.com)

All are linked to Curacao/Cyprus based casinos that operate illegally in my country(while their support first claims thats not true and they are legal, until you confront them and they say that the player is responsible). In order to successfully get a chargeback processed I always reached out to the merchant asking for a refund as I did not receive any goods, but they simply ignore a reply which makes it quite easy for my bank to dispute the transaction which the merchants don't fight. Do note this procedure is only executed when you are unable to resolve the matter with the casino/they refuse your refund and/or withdrawal for various reasons from their side!

I believe DSTRLTD is Destream; they collect donations or payments for content creators. You will not get a reply from them

Did you say it was from an illegal casino?

No? Why would I say that. Never ever mention casinos. Say you have no idea what it was for and haven’t received any goods or correspondence
