Is there anyone who would like to share how you wrote a complaint to the bank for an incorrect Mastercard merchant code?

Here's my story. I have lost alot of money over the last few years at JOY Casino (Curacao company) including around 10 grand in the last month. I have used my credit card for alot of these purchases but also interac e transfer. I use triangle mastercard for the online deposits. Do I just call my bank and tell them that I deposited into a online gambling site for gambling but have since noticed all these charges are not from JOY Casino ? Do i report all of these weird names on my statements as fraudulent?

They are fraudulent because they are using these 3rd party merchants to defraud mastercard because they know they cant do it directly for online gambling? I really need the money back so if any of you can help me, I'd really appreciate it. I want to call my bank today or tomorrow and report these but want to make sure I'm well informed first. Do I not say I was online gambling ? I just need some help so I am successful.

Be creative in justifying the chargeback. In Germany, banks tend to reject chargebacks.

Hello, I actually used my Mastercard for a casino before, I rang them up and said I didn’t receive the service, they refunded it as ‘Fraud Reversal’ this was for £500, so I’m not sure how £10,000 would go

Things get complicated when there are a lot of small debits.

You need to check the checkout page or sometimes the source code to see it. Discovered that mpgs (Mastercard payment gateway service) was being used by some African merchants I had. All transactions were from 2023. Mass toyin was one of them. I went to their website, pretended to make a purchase and in the checkout page it clearly said something about mpgs gateway.

if you have any African merchants with a website similar to Mass toyin they might also run mpgs but really far from sure

so it is not a "hack" that works just because it is Mastercard, but only because there are a few merchants who have used Mastercard's payment gateway. I emailed mastercard with screenshots and proof and then I received a notice from my bank that I would be refunded

Just found the page for "Ewave" 100% sure it's right.

https://www.ewave.live/en/terms

"Lovin productions" that's exactly what it said on my "Ticketzone" transactions, both registered in Strasbourg, french.

Fantastic find I have over 25 transactions from these cowboys I was straight on this as soon as I woke up 1 more to add to list. All I need is helpersm *Ap I got a response from grotobook and mydate both asking me for ID and picture of me holding it and front and back of card. I had to laugh and inform bank. I did respond with are you serious you have no reason for this why would I go to so much effort to find you I am. The one that been defrauded. I must need my head wobbled if you honestly think I am going to send my photo ID and card details to scammers. Not only that it seems like who ever is responding to these emails is Russian or Eastern European as next to my name is some what looks like Russian language.

I have just looked on how they do things and I am 100%sure it's this site as you buy some sort of vouchers and you can apply it to your buissness I have emailed but no response as yet fingers x but we'll done for finding this it was doing my nut in trying to find this one. I had a reply from mydate who said it wasn't them but another site but I can't find it it's registered to same address as grotbook so I have just addressed both in email lol

Grottobooks will not refund based on my experience; they claim no involvement with casinos and insist you’ve made a purchase with them but will ignore any request for order information. They’ve since stopped replying to my emails, and the number they advertise isn’t active..shocker.

Im also looking for helpersm so if anyone has leads on that!

They responded to me and said there was transactions made on my card they where requesting photo ID to prove card belonged to me so now waiting for a response obviously I didn't send them any photo ID I have basically what I need as I have spoken to bank and the bank told me under no circumstances send them any ID
