I haven't reached out to them yet. Was going to tomorrow. Not 100% sure what to say but I don't think I have to lie? Say I made the purchases doe joy casino and not foe all these whacko names showing up on my statement. Can I go back like a year for all of the money I've spent there ?

Hi! Could you give you your user name on discord? I might be able to help you if mastercard will treat your case the same way as mine.

I got a full refund and the transactions were from 2023. The reason is that Mass toyin ltd uses mastercards own payment gateway (mpgs). So this will only work for this specific merchant

Firstly gaming sites are not allowed to except credit cards any longer for gambling transactions this was a new law passed I am not sure when this came in but it definitely is active as I was only reading about it the other day on the ukgc website. As credit cards are a form of credit. Just Google. So look this up these sites who are taking credit card payments are in breach of the fcs. So find the info and go back to them with the info and ask them to refund expecially betway I have had run ins with this joke of a site and managed to get refunded after threatening to expose them to national newspapers for fraudulent activity. They soon gave me my funds back. Then contact your credit card provider by the way ignore gaminglars he can't help you.

I think a gambling company that violates and disrespects local laws doesn't give a damn about compliance.

Furthermore, word will get around at the gambling companies about how to request a refund. At some point, they will be used to it. Then there will be no more money. The majority of people who have requested payments from elegro and co. have been presented with the result: no money!

And your full of Bull your just another scammer targeting vulnerable people. In situations who are desperate to get funds back Are you delulu? Do you really think 1 post that you most probably have wrote yourself accounts for validation of your success rate do me a favour.People do know on here there is a comaints procedure that help FREE of charge and also ADR once the customer and casino have come to dead lock. People need to speak with banks for fraudulent MISCODING Merchants ect they don't need a middle man like you. Profiting of people's misery now do one.

Lol, you are just a scammer. You speak a lot but have 0 proof. You can't even explain how you would get the refunds. So top secret. Such a sad person, trying to scam others, you're just as bad as the casinos.

And what's your fees? You have no gaurentee that you can retrieve players funds. Do you charge fees upfront. If you really wanted to help people you would be sharing your knowledge on here openly.

Sure. Just to be clear though, the reason I got refunded was that the merchant used mpgs which is mastercards own payment gateway. So they have violated their own rules. this method will only work for a few number of merchants.

How do you recognize such a payment related to mpfs?

How do you know who used mpgs? I have emailed Mastercard but have not received a response. How do you proceed?

MasterCard only communicates with banks, not with the cardholder. Even if you can get a response from MasterCard, it is a copy and paste message. It says that you should contact the bank. The problem is that the bank lacks trained staff. Or the will to fight this.

Does anyone have any experience with Noda/Nauda pay? Do they refund? I'm still sorting alot of transactions out and they seem to be on a few bank transfers. I know bank transfers are more difficult but if anybody has had any success it would be great to know what was said etc. Thanks guys!
