Yes, feedback is always important, but I know that Nick is not slacking off and he has enough to do and he tries to get to every player whose complaint he is dealing with as quickly as possible.
However, I see that the casino has responded to the complaint, so now it will probably be your turn to deliver the document that is still a problem. I hope you can get it sorted out. Good luck. ☘️

Thought i'd leave this here for future players to see...Always odd when the third party AI anti fraud system completely verifies you, then when you request a full withdrawal and your account closed they suddenly decide to unverify you.....
