Uploaded my proof of address on the 16th….file

No emails again saying it had been checked or anything. Then got this email yesterday…..file

Fact Check - My account WAS fully verified as per the emails they sent over a month ago. Their third party AI powered system checked and verified everything, which primebetz confirmed via email. They then retroactively unverified my POA when I requested my account closed and balance returned.

They have never checked my new POA and are now trying to steal my €297 winnings and €300 deposit (which I never lost).

This is blatant theft and attempts to ignore the chain of events.

Caisno guru needs to remove these from the site and/or put warnings, this is outright, pre mediated theft.

Your case has been dragging on for quite a long time and I see that there is still no closure. According to your screenshots, the casino closed your account and took your winnings because you gave false information. I don't understand it at all because you were verified once without any problems and now this situation has happened.

I think Nick is still investigating this case and we will see how it develops. I hope the casino's decision is not final and everything will be settled fairly.

It’s utter rubbish, they use a third party AI software that verified my ID, liveness check and proof of address.

They only unverified my proof of address when I asked to close the account and requested the full balance.

They took 9 days to respond and verify my skrill screenshot and have never responded to the proof of address I uploaded on November the 16th. They just sent the above.

This was all premeditated and theft.

Stealing my winnings is one thing but they are trying to steal my deposit (which I never lost).

They have also flagged every withdrawal I have tried posting on trustpilot.

Casinoguru have to put warnings on this casino. They are just a scam pop up site and their behaviour is criminal.

I sympathize with you in this case because I know how unpleasant it must be to find oneself in problems that I thought would be quite easy to solve.

However, nothing is over yet and the complaint is open. I would like things to be resolved fairly and, in the meantime, hope lives. So let's try not to dismiss this issue just yet and wait for the final decision from each side.

I will keep my fingers crossed for you and wish you good luck and strong nerves. 🤞☘️

Thanks for the well wishes.

But you guys need to put a warning on for other players.

The way primebetz have behaved is here for all to see and it's horrendous. It's premeditated theft.

Don't worry, the message has been sent - consequences come when the complaint is closed, and all players are welcome to browse all submitted complaints against each casino at any time, even when complaints are still open, which is your case.

Until the last word is written, anything is possible.

Thanks.

The casino has completed ignored me now...

I always hate to hear when a casino ignores a player. 😥

Anyway, the complaint is still open and I wonder if the casino will respond and how it will turn out in the end. I feel like this is a never-ending story. Take care.

The casino will continue to attempt theft.

Just had the below automated email from them. Two weeks after sending in my third proof of address and a week after they emailed to say I had failed KYC (which is a lie as per this and my complaint thread).

I'd say it's wise to wait for some conclusion first. Your opinion is obvious, but frankly, it is not over yet.

I'd love to see those pieces of evidence we are waiting for now... With luck, the solution is at hand!🤞🤞

Thank you.

would also be interested to know why their AI powered software (which they pay for and is well known) verified me and my proof of address no issue…

Hmm, that's another interesting question. I reckon it's easy to say that even AI software is capable of making mistakes... Do you think we are about to hear that? 🤔

I'll stop with speculations, because for me, AI is quite a controversial topic. But this is not the point here.

I would not be surprised….Unfortunately.

But the ‘mistake’ seemed to have only been noticed when I wanted to withdraw my balance and close my account…

fileWhat a shock. They are not replying. Or supplying any ‘evidence’.

I hope you guys black list this casino as you have seen their premeditated act of theft here. They have also ignored me over 3 times where I have asked ‘what is your registered address’?

I believe this is certainly not a pleasant thing to deal with. However, the complaint is still open and I want to hope that the casino will provide an answer again and this saga will eventually be resolved.

As far as the blacklist is concerned, we do not blacklist casinos, but if the casino does not respond and the complaint is closed as unresolved, the casino will have a negative affected rating.

Nevertheless, it's not over yet and hopefully, despite the way it's going, it will turn out well. I will keep my fingers crossed. 🤞

You do not blacklist a casino that has actively stole from a player?

Even an idiot could review the breakdown of this saga and see this is premeditated theft?

Do you not have a duty of care to warn players?

file That is their most recent response to my complaint. I assume this ‘Nikolas’ is another poor player they have stollen from and they incorrectly put his name in my complaint.

We don't blacklist casinos, we just search for relevant blacklists where they can be found.

As for your case itself, I sympathize with you, but it's not over yet, so it will be good if we wait for the full result. Players will be able to see what kind of situation you went through, thanks to complaint and thanks to the forum.

Regarding Nikolas, I have a feeling that the casino is thinking of the one who is dealing with your complaint and not another player.

Anyway, I would be very happy if this was closed and resolved because it has been dragging on for an extremely long time and I didn't think it was necessary. However, as it is still at the stage it is at, I hate to say it, but we will have to wait and see how it ends. Otherwise, I don't want to get ahead of myself just yet.

So casinoguru are corrupt?

After 2 months you rejected this complaint as ‘unjustified as the player failed kyc’.

Everyone in this thread knows this to be untrue as my account was verified.

So casinoguru is simply ignoring reality and allowing the casino to not only STEAL my winnings but also my €300 deposit (which I never lost)?

Hello, I don't think we're corrupt. Nick who addressed your complaint evaluated the situation as you posted in the screenshot and that you failed to complete a successful KYC.

However, I know that you are not happy, because after such experience I would be too and even more so if my account had already been verified once and then the casino would ask for more documents. But the casino has the right to ask for them and if it was not possible to provide them, the complaint was closed.

I have to admit that I am sorry that this situation has turned out this way, especially since this case has dragged on for so long. I am afraid that our team will not be able to help any more and unless you can provide a document that is suitable, you will probably not withdraw your money.

I firmly believe that if the document the casino requires is suitable, you will be able to withdraw. 😥
