You are talking utter rubbish. This is laughable and you are clearly corrupt. I get your shtick is 'Mr Empathy' but this doesn't work here when actual reality and facts are not being addressed:

Let's fact check you shall we.

1 - I was FULLY VERIFIED by the casino using their AI generated third part software.

2 - The casino unverified me when I requested a full withdrawal and my account closed.

3 - The casino has never explained why I was verified and then unverified...

4 - I have received no explanation as to why two subsequent proof of addresses were rejected.

5 - Why has my deposit been stolen? I never lost this, they are breaking EU consumer law by stealing this and caisnoguru is complicit in this.

6 - Why did the complaint just close? Extra evidence was requested from the casino and never provided.

You are simply allowing a casino to commit theft deposits under the guise of 'failing KYC' WHEN I WAS PROVABLY VERIFIED BEFORE I EVEN DEPOSITED!!!!!

I wish to complain about this joke of a service. How do I do this?

Cannot believe this site, you are a joke and I have a good mind to take legal action against you and the casino.

*Footnote - The casino flagged my reviews against them on trustpilot, they also refused to give me their registered business address so I could do a court order....Casino guru is simply allowing another scatterhall situation.

I must say that your posts have been forwarded to me by my team and I originally thought it's gonna be something very complicated, but I'd say it's actually quite the opposite. The summary is pretty simple:

  1. AI verified your account
  2. When the casino checked the documents manually, they requested another POA
  3. You complain here - the casino keeps repeating they need another POA, you keep repeating you already sent POAs before and they should be alright with it.
  4. You didn't provide another POA, your case was closed.

This is kind of a common case of a player who can't handle their ego, it happens all the time. That's why I often repeat here on the forum that players should cooperate with the casino and send "anything" that was requested in order to get their money, because money is what matters the most. I mean anything excluding naked photos etc., but we've already seen some bizarre requests in past.

Of course, then we can discuss whether the requests from the casino's side were justiciable, we can compare it with requests from other casinos, we can contact various authorities and ask for their opinion. We can consider whether the requests were a result of a stalling strategy where the casino tries to force the player to lose the winnings while dealing with the whole process.

At the end of a day, we could agree that the whole verification process was so uncomfortable that we couldn't blame the player for grabbing the winnings and never coming back. It is indeed possible that the user experience was terrible since the player had to send various POAs until one was finally accepted while another casino would accept the first one without any issues.

Do you think that any authority would decide in your favour when they realise the casino requested another POA and you didn't provide it? You can threaten with lawyers, Trustpilot, the consumer law etc., but one major fact remains. The casino asked you 5 times at least to provide another POA while you didn't provide it and that's the whole story.

You’re a moron.

I provided 3 POAs in total.

Two were verified by their AI powered third party verification system and subsequently my account was verified.

Maybe you should get your head out of whichever hole you’ve got it in and actually take the time to review the chains of events objectively.

Good old affiliates. You never let the players down do you? Even when a player has been verified TWICE! Prior to depositing, it can still be a players fault they are unverified and their deposit stolen?

It’s scary someone like you could serve Ona jury.

You just described exactly what I described. The AI verified you, the casino asked for another POA, you provided it. Casino asked for another one or the same one in a different format (they required PDF instead of a photo, I guess it's because photos are easier to forge). You didn't provide it and started persuading the casino as well as us here that what you provided was enough. Apparently, it wasn't. That's the whole story.

If you call me or my team "a moron" or anything similar once again, I'll ban your account permanently. We have no tolerance for such behaviour.

You’ll ban my account permanently? And I’m the one with and ego?

Maybe take some time, engage your objective brain and follow the chain of events.

I provided 3 POAs

One was approved by the AI software then retroactively unverified by the casino, with no explanation.

The following two POAs took 7 and 9 days to be rejected by humans (much more efficient than AI right?) no explanation given.

Your ‘complaints service’ then rejected the complaint as unjustified, thereby being complicit in theft of not only winnings but my DEPOSIT which I never even lost! Which is a complete breach of EU consumer law.

Any critical thinking individual who is not a shill casino or an affiliate can see this whole ordeal for what it was. A premeditated theft from a casino.

I would suggest me providing a noterised document so I can get my deposit back. But what’s the point when AI can be overruled by casinos and affiliates?

This has been a joke.

There's nothing I would add. You just repeat the story over and over again and I'm not saying the story isn't real. I'm just saying that if you provided 4th POA or just one that the casino would be happy with, then you could avoid all of this.

When I worked in a casino, I remember a mad player who sent us approximately 26 photos of IDs for verification. It took about 2 weeks and none of the photos were acceptable. It just didn't show or wasn't in a format and quality that we could accept.

You worked in a casino 🤢. So you’re a casino apologist?

I uploaded all my KYC prior to depositing. I was verified. The casino retroactively unverified my POA when I requested the account closed.

I provided an additional two POAs. The casino rejected them with no explanation.

The casino is actively stealing my deposit (if they can’t verify me - ignoring the fact they did) why are they trying to keep my deposit? EU consumer law dictates it must be refunded.

I have even suggested getting my POA noterised.

What would you suggest I do?

Do you really ask me what to do? I already mentioned it a couple of times.

I'd send them another POA since they requested it, I'd get the money and leave the casino for good since I probably wouldn't be happy with their unfriendly verification process. That's what I'd do.
