Mrsloty payout problems

Can anyone explain how on earth it takes up to "21 business days" for a withdrawal? I’ve been waiting for £3500 for weeks now, the 21 business day period is up this week and no sign of my winnings. I’ve had payouts from them before that arrived the week after. But now it’s a big amount they seem hesitant to pay it! What can I do?

I'm sorry to say that, but this was actually a pretty bad pick. Well, to be honest, this casino simply does not care about its reputation, the chances to help are very limited. 🙁

Mr Sloty is a terrible choice for a casino!! Type in Mr Sloty to the reviews page on here and you will see why. Sometimes they pay out and other times not. They target vulnerable gamblers offering big join up bonuses, their slots and games are pirated. Your best bet is to email them every day asking politely for your withdrawal and hope for the best!! Good luck getting your money if you get it you may have to wait sometime or it might arrive tomorrow

In 2022 they always paid me in 4 days, 3 wins all of 5000 euros. Why have they been doing this for several months now?

I played there for a while although it was about 4yrs ago and at first I was paid within a 10 day time frame then I had a problem. They are part of a group including Winner casino Maximal Wins Rouge Casino and Love Casino plus others all offering a 400% sign up bonus. Like I said if you got paid what was quite a lot of money they may pay again it's just when. I wouldn't trust them so I'd advise finding a more reputable casino. Read the reviews on here, click the icon top left under reviews type in Mr Sloty and decide for yourself.

But isn't there a way to report them? They continue to scam so many people

No unfortunately it's the way the gambling industry works online sometimes. They can operate without a licence and are beholden to no gambling commission. You will get emails and texts from all their affiliate casinos so be careful not to sign up. Always check on here a casinos reputation before signing up and depositing any money. Nothing worse for a gambler than to win and not get paid!!

It now seems that Mr Sloty has closed down but they have reopened as Mr Sloty1 and people are still not getting paid!! Check the reviews on Trust pilot for proof. If your withdrawal was with Mr Sloty it would seem that the chances of you getting your money is slim at best.

I have the winnings on mrsloty1, is there any little more hope?

Google Trust pilot type in Mr Sloty1 and read the reviews for yourself they are all current one person deposited €4000 and has been waiting since December so hope for the best expect the worst Id say.

Like I said mine was about 4yrs ago Mr Sloty first 2 payments went through after about 5days the one after that I waited up to 21 days for the payment as stated in their T@Cs it never came so I wrote it off. Lesson learned always check a casinos reputation on here or Trust pilot before you deposit or be prepared to lose if the casino is unscrupulous and unlicensed
