Hello and sorry for the late reply.

Allow me to say that unlicensed casinos are virtually untouchable. Sounds bad right? It actually is...

The last resort option would be taking the lawyer, I fear there is nothing else you can do. For suing the casino you also need a kind of cooperation, hence I would just start by asking the lawyer some questions.

If you come across a better idea, please share!

how would lawyer get in touch with them?

they do not respond (100% sure do not read) mails and the phone that they have is not available to call.

Also their site licensing is funny

"  Mrsloty operates under Master License 8065/JAZ granted by the .  "

their license is granted by a dot (.) ?

Precisely! So, what do you think the local police can do better? Nothing, I'm afraid.

Furthermore, the casino possesses no license at all, check out the review plus safety index, it says:

"LICENSING AUTHORITIES

Casino operates without an official license!"

Thus I would ask a skilled lawyer whether there is any meaning in trying to sue such a company at all. I don't think so, to be honest. 🙁

I'm sooo sorry to see another one. Well, look around... read this thread.

I would start with the safety index: https://casino.guru/mr-sloty-casino-review

There is nothing I can say to change the fact this casino is a scam. 🙁

Where did you find site like this, if I may be so curious?

If I report this website to my bank as being a scam could I get my deposits back? I have lost a lot of money in the last 24 hours, I was trying to set up and deposit limit which they don’t offer and when I was having a live chat to close my account because I said I have a problem and I’m out of control they gave me a £50 bonus to keep playing

Hello.

Firstly, do whatever you can to stop playing there if you feel you're on the edge of your self-control. In such a situation, your account should be closed without further delay, and I hate to hear the bonus was offered instead! Thus, normally - I'd encourage you to submit a complaint: https://casino.guru/complaints/create

Sadly, according to the poor safety index I expect the casino to ignore the complaint. 🙁.

Please avoid playing on such sites - it's a lost cause:

I fear the chargeback is a good idea, and as a side effect, you may become flagged for other casinos as well, lowering your chance to gamble.

Could you perhaps seek professional help? Consult this page, please:

i know i shouldn’t have played on such a dreadful site, but I was drunk at the time and had the urge to gamble and didn’t know when to stop and couldn’t find the responsible gambling tools on the site when I really needed them and things spiralled out of control and I lost a weeks pay in less than 24 hours after receiving it. I’m honestly thinking about requesting a chargeback from the bank, but they’d probably reject it since it’s classed as gambling, but this website is actually an absolute scam that take advantage of vulnerable people. I found this site via an email I received, in fact I get bombarded with emails advertising online casinos that are probably scam websites after signing up to a different casino review website. I’ll try and find out which website it was off and I think they must be apart of the scam as well

I hate to hear it when it has gone this far. I hope the link Radka sent about responsible gambling will be useful.

However, it is best to avoid such casinos and certainly not to respond to their offers, emails or anything similar.

As for the chargeback, I would be happy if it was successful, but the chances of you being able to get it and than gamble at other casinos will be lower.

Anyway, it would be good if there were some responsible tools on the site, but I think the best thing to do is to stop playing, as it can go quite far.

I hope everything will get sorted out.

Oh my! I'm so sorry for you. I really am,...

First things first, I also think the chargeback is the only way worth trying, though I also understand it would be just a try. I would do that. I hate to see your money lost like this, and this is worth a try. Are there any possible consequences for you if you report to the bank? I'm sorry, but I'm entirely familiar with UKGC procedures, or let's say, players' responsibilities.

I think you will need a great deal of luck to successfully unsubscribe from such sites. On the other hand, it is worth the effort; cutting yourself off from those offers may save you further temptation. Or at least I hope so!

Please let me know how it goes with the bank; my fingers are crossed! 🤞🤞🤞🤞

Once you have signed up for one like Mr Sloty prepare to get them from many of their other casinos. I get emails and texts every day and I haven't played at one for 3yrs!! The annoying thing about the texts on my phone an android is that I can't block them. Sorry to here you lost so much money that's a real shame. It's worth trying your bank to see if you can get a chargeback good luck

i have an update the bank is currently investigating my claims as the money i deposited actually went to a website based in Nigeria that sells mobile phone top up credit, which is obviously very strange. I’m not hopeful of getting it back but i have definitely learned my lesson from this. It’s obviously just a big scam that take advantage of vulnerable individuals.

This email below I’ve send now like 30 times:

Dear Mr Sloty direction,

To those who it may concerns.

I am filling a official complaint because the 7-21 working days is over now. I tried so many ways to contact the department who is responsible for payouts but in the chat they cut me off and don’t give answers.

I still have not received my withdrawal the winning amount I played and won in a fair manner. Also my account is verified from day one. I sticked by the rules so I hope the casino also will have the decent to stick by their own rules.

I want to come to a solution and i hope that you are willing to solve this problem.

I made the withdrawal on 27th October 2023 the withdrawal transaction number is: 384488936 an amount of €5000,-

I want also to let the casino know that I am sick, I am a single mother with kids and this stress made my anxiety attacks and ptss worse and I really can’t sleep of this whole problem. It’s affecting me and my kids. I have doctors documents to proof my mental health problems. This is going to kill me!

Please dont let me beg for my winnings, I will wait for your response on how to solve this.

I have a lawyer in curaçao on this matter and I will not stop or rest untill I receive my winnings. Please take this matter seriously this is not a threatening but my right to do so.

Best regards,

Well, I think you should read this thread and then check the warning we placed on this casino:

https://casino.guru/mr-sloty-casino-review

Especially this one:

"No Reaction Policy for complaints: This casino refuses to assist in resolving any players’ complaints. All of our previous attempts to establish any cooperation were overlooked. Therefore, the majority of newly submitted complaints are marked as unresolved and have a negative impact on the casino’s rating."

I'm sorry, but I would not expect much...

Hi, for a start I would probably say you didn't choose the best casino. Its safety index is 1 which is pretty bad, so I would be careful before depositing here.

Anyway, I see you wrote here that you've been waiting 21 days for your withdrawal, but you also opened a complaint where you say you've only been waiting a few days and you stated that you requested your withdrawal on February 12th. So how is it and what is the correct information? 🤔

Anyway, I don't know if you will see your money, but I would be happy if you do and our team will try to help you.

I apologize. I have been waiting since February 12th
