I'm sorry to say that - usually, the chat operator isn't the proper person to update you on the matter of the KYC. I know how it feels, but try to consider that.

Try to be patent and give the casino some time to verify you.

Anyway, what made you play there? I checked the casino review, well - wouldn't play there. Among other bad signs, they also applied "no response policy" to players' complaints 🙁

I was stupid didn't look at reviews luckily I didn't spend alot on there.Been five months they've cancelled the withdrawal twice really don't see getting anything from them.Surly there must be some way of getting them shut down.

I'm sorry, there's no simple way. How would you shut up an unlicensed company? The only suggestion would be a court hearing, but the result is unsure at best, and the costs may be sky-high. 🙁

I’ve fell foul of their casino a long while ago.

Unfortunately, just put this down to a misjudgment and move on.

Nothing you can do to get your money back.

I withdrew $400 on the 15ty of February and still havnt received it. I keep getin excuses like, please be patient and out teams busy etc. What joke. I don't recommend Mr Sloty casino at ALL
