Oh thank you for the clarification. I would say it's not that much yet since we give casinos 14 days to resolve the process, but I'm worried because of its low safety index and the experience of the players which you can read in this thread as well. 

Have you tried to communicate with the casino about the withdrawal ? Do you have a verified casino account ? 

Hi Jaro, thank you for your precious help, in 2021 they paid me several winnings during the year for around 20,000 euros. Why don't they pay anymore? I wrote in chat, they told me not to believe the reviews and that my winnings will be paid in a maximum of 21 days! Today is the 7th day of waiting

Nothing more can be done is there? You've been paid before a maximum of 14 days waiting to see if they will pay you again. It's the only way you are going to find out.

I'm not sure I can answer that question and what has changed, since it should take a while now, but I would say it has probably changed a lot since the casino has such a low safety index as it does. The only thing we can do is wait and see if they actually give you the money and if not the complaint will be unresolved and the casino will be penalized. 

After that it will probably be best not to play there. 😕

According to the very impressive number of posts you've sent here over the last 24 hours, I have to explain that asking "anonymized" accounts is pointless. The player has closed the account already.

Of course, I understand that you probably feel that, after a few weeks of waiting, something must happen now.

Regretfully, I must notify you that your complaint has also been closed. There is very little chance that you will receive payment. Just go through every single thread in which you have been posting. Has there been any proof of a successful withdrawal?

Hello. I am sorry about the resolution of your complaint and that our team was not able to help any further. Unfortunately, this is not unusual when it comes to casinos with such low safety index. As you have read in this casinos user reviews, the feedback is terrible 🙁, so I am not sure, if you get any positive answer from anyone you have asked about receiving their winnings. Well, what should I say? Even if there is someone who has received some money from this casino, how exactly would it help with your case, I wonder? 🤔 Sorry to tell you, but if you have look at all the complaints for this casino, here 👈, you will see a lot of no resolved ones. May I ask, how do you verify casinos before you start playing in them? I'm asking, so you can avoid similar unpleasant experiences in the future.

The best way is to look at the safety index on here and read the reviews. Secondary go on Trust pilot and read the reviews on there. Ignore the ones where people have just lost money that's gambling but focus on methods of deposit and reliaabilty of withdrawals

I think you have a pretty good approach to how you check the casino. Probably the most important thing is the experience of the players, so reviews and complaints are a good choice. I often recommend this as well. Of course the more sources the better.

You mean you can't get to the page ? I tried it myself and it wouldn't let me. I also saw your unresolved complaint and I wouldn't be surprised if it ended up like this with the casino. 

I requested chargebacks from all deposits I made on this website from my bank for fraud. It took a few weeks but I got every single deposit I made returned to me. This website is a complete scam

So even though it took some time, I think it's good that you finally got the money. With casinos like this, I would probably think about something similar because there's obviously no other way to get the money. 

Anyway, I hope this kind of thing won't happen to you again and everything will be fine in the future.
