Now I won on a NDB I made all the way to your requirements and then I requested a payout I got an email stating that the payout process takes 72 hours so I wait the 72 hours and I contact the casino customer service through email and the 24/7 support and there's nothing they can do to contact their banking part via email so I do that then I get in order to enable instant withdrawal first account has to be verified and if the account is not verified within 3 days then the funds will be forfeited so I verify my account I get an email again saying that your account has been successfully verified and the withdrawal process starts now well it's been 3 days since I received that email and it's still not been processed and now they're ignoring me when I just want to withdrawal the $50 so I can redeposit for some more free spins

Since it was a no deposit bonus, they are probably making additional checks on your gameplay (checking stuff like stakes, if you played on any forbidden games, etc) so it can take a bit more of time, crypto payments are supposed to be quick. Yes it's been 2 weeks and I filed a complaint and anybody that I try to contact whether it be the customer support chat or support your email or the banking team I just keep getting to run around

So I actually won 3x in a row on 3 separate deposits using a bonus code (crazy, I know), they did pay out the first 3 winnings (which were all <$150), I made a couple of more deposits without winning and then did win again, they refused to include the bonus amount in my winnings, so I kept spinning until I was able to withdraw over $50 minus the bonus amount. I submitted this withdrawal request and now all of a sudden they need to verify my account (again) and continue to decline my withdrawal request.


Bottom line, if you get lucky at this casino, they don't like that and will do anything to try to avoid/prolong paying you.
