Hello! I checked the terms, and you are correct; Mexico is not listed as restricted, but It is technically restricted, which is the same.
We inform the VPN is not allowed, and you said: "Yabby casino locked my account after allow me to use VPN because my country block there website."
However, by giving this context, it sounds like your account was blocked due to the forbidden VPN usage.
Can you confirm that, please? The complaint says it pretty clearly, I'd say.
Anyway: https://es.casino.guru/yabby-casino-resena
This is truly an issue:
"VPN chose my country, luxembourg and you can't change any country while you open the account."
I'm sorry, but this is a rules violation. How could you possibly pass the account verification? Have you thought about that the moment you confirmed Luxembourg as your country of residence?
I mean, this is obviously an issue, so asking the support or chat operator would be far better than confirming a false country.
Hi,
you can check the terms in yabbycasino.com it's not says anywhere that VPN use is forbidden.
luxembourg is chosen randomly, they could be any other country, they told to use VPN that i can use there website, they know i can't open account from my country becasue it's blocked.
Regards
Amir
I understand your point, but you just can't register in a casino with some random allowed country and think you'll pass the verification. VPN usage is forbidden to bypass restrictions.
Do you understand the issue, please?
I just can't recall whether you initially asked the support or chat operator before, did you?
I'm quite certain this is not the solution you would have been given, though.
that's my point they told me to open account via VPN.
if did it by myself you are 100% right.
Yes, I see - which brings me to my original question - can you prove that, please? Did you caption a screenshot?
This is the most crucial part, yet in my eyes, you still made a mistake by using a fake country to complete the registration. I hope you made the printscreen, make sure to send it to Veronika as soon as you can. 🙏
Next time you encounter a different country in the registration form, do not proceed further, ask for support, and clarify the situation just before you start playing with real money.
Is there a way I can see what the bonus balance actually is? Got declined withdraw for "bonus amount not withdrawable" but my account shows $52.35 Real balance $0 bonus balance and $0 playthrough balance. Live chat has not helped me and closed it 2 times on me actually. Only answer they give is there is $174 bonus balance that only they can see.
Hi, I'm not sure how to help you with this, since you describe that it shows you don't have any bonus balance. I was going to ask if you had contacted support or live chat, which I see you have already done, but you were unsuccessful.
Did you ask them why only they can see the bonus balance ? It seems like nonsense to me, since you don't know where to move now. Will you try contacting them again, or emailing them to see if they can help you ?
I failed to my research on this casino seeing how its supposed to be the sister site of Casino Extreme and Limitless ( which are excellent online casinos btw). I recently completed a playthrough from freespins and upon withdrawal is where all the drama started leading to my decision about this casino.
Let's begin with the verification process, which raised my concerns immediately. They sent me an email stating since I recently used a credit card for deposit that my credit card needed to be verified as well as my identity. I was skeptical obviously but they required front and back pics as well as me holding the card pic with every number covered except the last four. So I did and I used real material to cover my numbers not an editor(since skilled editors can reverse blackouts). They also required the norm of my i.d. and me holding it.
So I get an email-which I will post below-stating that they received my documents and everything was cleared and I was ready to enjoy the fastest withdrawals ever..forever🙄. Here is when it all goes to 💩.
I put in my withdrawal request and attached my litecoin address everything went smooth then Boom! I get an email stating that I need to verify my credit card again🤔. I'm like wait, I did exactly of what they asked why does my card to be verified again. Long story short they expected me to use an editor to cover the numbers not real material so they could abuse my card.
Now all of a sudden I'm no longer eligible for withdrawal until verify my credit card. So I played their game a few times just to see what happens. I upload everything exactly the same and again I get an email giving me the green light so I withdrawal again and of course the same thing as before happened. I did this three times.
Take my advice AVOID THIS CASINO AT ALL COSTS!! Idk how their rating is so high I'm guessing an army of positive replying bots. I have not received payout and now my account has a red box at withdrawal stating I need verification. This casino is a joke.
Hello, and I'm sorry you've gotten yourself into such a predicament.
As for your card verification, I don't see much reason to verify the same card 3 times and twice successfully where the casino tells you that you can withdraw your money and then the same problem occurs again. Is there anything you can do at the moment to complete the verification after 3 times successful ? Or do you just have to wait ?
Anyway, I see that you have filed a complaint, which I think is the right thing to do, and let's see where the team gets us. I would be glad if you would update us on further developments because I am quite interested to see how it goes. Would that be possible ?
Hi Jaro
Yes I will keep you up to date as soon as more information comes in. My most recent interaction with them was yesterday afternoon . They sent two emails containing the same credit card verification non sense as before. I sent documents in one last time before I received those two emails.
I refuse to send over documents again. I've sent required documents over 4 times at this point. They were also sent over exactly how they requested. So once again I'm just waiting.
Okay, thank you. As I said, I don't see the point of the casino asking for the same thing over and over again when it has been sent to them several times. Also you asked the casino why they keep sending you emails about the same thing and that you have already sent the docemunts to the card ?
However, the complaint is still open and we'll see where the team gets us. I'll wait for an update when you get new information.
I believe I recanted my statements before about Yabby casino. They are in fact legit and payout within mins. if you win a prize. I'm not sure what happened with my KYC process with them but it was worked out and in fact on the top of my list now for online casinos.
If a moderator would be so kind as to delete my previous statements about Yabby casino that would be greatly appreciated. My previous comments were immature as to timing of KYC and should not reflect the operation of this casino in any way.
My suggestion is to double check that you have sent every verification document they require to to pass your KYC. They are legit and first payout takes a little bit of time but not much compared to other casinos.
If you used a card to deposit then they will need that info as well.
Hello, we give casinos 14 days to sort out the KYC process so I don't think it's too bad to wait a few days. Casinos are careful about verification, so sometimes it can take a bit longer. But have you tried asking the if there is a problem if it takes a couple of days ? Is everything okay with the other documents and have they been accepted ?
You will have to verify first before you can withdraw, so you will probably have to be a bit patient.
Of course, if the casino is unsuccessful and you have problems, then you have an open complaint and we will try to help you.

Hi, I understand that maybe your reaction was hasty in the past, but I think any player would feel the same way in your situation, so I don't think you wrote something wrong. It was your experience that you had, and sometimes people react a little bit more irritably in the moment, which is natural in certain moments. Of course you kept everything within the norm and didn't use bad language or swear at the casino.
On the contrary, I think it would be a good idea to leave the whole process here as it unfolded for you, and the players who read it will get the idea that you sorted it all out in the end and the casino is one of the best for you. For the integrity of this thread and also for understanding, all your posts will certainly be appropriate to remain. 🙂

I actually agree with this and it crossed my mind earlier. My only concern was if a reader stopped at the negative believing they've had their fill and based a decision solely off of said negative statement.
With that being said, I also trust that an individual readily invested in thorough research would not be so hasty in their decision from a few-as some would say-meger statements.
I am glad that we are thinking the same way on this because I think it is logical.
If a player would only stop at a certain point and not see how it ended, then he doesn't do enough quality research I would say and it wouldn't be relevant for me. Because in everyday life it also happens many times that something may not be positive at the first time, but over time the opinion and attitude can change.
So I think everything is fine and I wish you all the best in your future. 🙂
