Hello, I deposited €50 at Wumderwins and took the second welcome bonus, 200%, and played a lot and won around €600. To be able to withdraw I had to wager €2500. So I kept playing, lost almost everything and then won over €700. I then wagered the €2500 and withdrew €650.
I had already verified all documents.
The next day the withdrawal was canceled by the casino and I received the following email:
-----
Hello,
We are writing to you regarding your withdrawal request in the amount of €650.00.
Unfortunately, we had to reject your withdrawal request due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions.
Winnings were generated by placing bonus bets above the promotional limit. By placing bets above the limit during the bonus rollover, you have breached the terms and conditions of the promotion, which is why your withdrawal request has been rejected and the winnings generated have been voided. Attached you will find a copy of the terms and conditions for your reference, as well as the part that was breached (maximum bonus bet).
"1.11. You may not place any bets that exceed the maximum bonus bet size when using bonus money. The maximum bonus bet size is 5 EUR (or the equivalent in any other currency) per bet/spin or equivalent, unless it is stated differently in the specific terms and conditions tailored to each bonus campaign. Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that you are aware of the maximum bonus bet size. For cases where bets are deemed to have exceeded the maximum bonus bet size, an account may be reviewed, and the bonus funds confiscated in the process."
Your first deposit of €50.00 has been credited to your cash balance.
Sincerely,
payment cashier

I didn't even make €1 per spin. But I did buy several bonus spins. In games where you can't buy bonus spins with bonus money, it always says so, or a popup appears with the information, or the bonus spins button isn't clickable. I bought bonus spins for €10, €20, €25 and €40.
The casino does not want to pay out the €650 and has also canceled the payout.
Have I violated something or do they just not want to pay?
Hope someone can help me.
