Hello, I really don't know what to do anymore... I've been trying to close my account for 3 days on the grounds that I have a problem with gambling addiction... but the casino winOlot isn't interested... I've already sent 5 emails and was probably 10 in support (no one wants to help) ... Yesterday I sent a new email where I rephrased everything a bit (thanks to Kristina's tip). I just received an answer... that now you just want to know the reason... I replied straight away... (🙈even though I've already said the reason 10 times ) hope it will be closed now .ps .. I don't know if my emails have reached Kristina (that's why I'm posting most of it here .. best regards ✌🏻ps but just the fact that you responded to the email gives me hope

hi... casino didn't respond to that... but that's ok, the case is taking too much of a toll on my health and even if I could (which I can't), I wouldn't verify myself there. I'm sure that the casino could have closed my account within a second (like all casinos have done with gambling addiction) I thank you for your help but I think we should close the case as unsolved because I have no strength left.
