It's a shame i've been waiting for 4 weeks now too and going into the 5th one soon. I'm deeply saddened the only good support rep that i had there is christina and she helped me alots peter and the other support just sends me to a wall and that is the payments mail that doesnt react at all, but they cant do more then that. I'm waiting for a mail from the payments team, because they would search out where my payment is.. I'm honestly scared that i've been scammed and i don't think i will give any other casino a chance anymore. Maybe it was just meant to be.. if i dont get a mail within 1 week i will resort to use the authorities aswell. I legit wanted to leave a good review but i honestly can't do that with these payout results. I'm truly heartbroken and to be fair feel betrayed, since i had to leave my personal information there too.. If this happends with payouts i don't feel safe with my information either. I'm really hoping that the money does come on my bank account so i can finally give them a good review.

I've been waiting for my money of 2000 euros since mid-April, in the chat I then asked why I got an email address where nobody answered it anyway. The employee then said they also go to the dentist to have car tires changed, I should understand that the chat can't do anything and wait until the money comes. You could not expedite the transfer from the bank. My money has supposedly been transferred for weeks. And if you say you have problems with the casino... yes, they take longer to pay out, but that doesn't belong in the chat here either. So these streamers also let people run into their own knives. That's the sad part. And no one can stop this casino.

If it says rejected, it was booked back. If it says payout and success, it's in your account. Also check your bank account to make sure it's the right one!

Hello, this is not my first payout there, everything is correct with the account. If they had done it that way the first time, I wouldn't have paid a penny more. This seems to be a scam in the casino now, many players have experienced it. You can read that in the complaints. You simply set everything to paid . And push the bank away from where they couldn't influence.
This casino does not respond to anything. There are over 40 open complaints here at Casino Guru. Reputable casinos certainly have a complaints office. Wild Pharaoh definitely not. Unfortunately nobody will get their money here
I am very sorry. I know that from Vulkan Vegas. Actually they are serious. But things got a little complicated for me.
At least I know now that I will never play Wild Pharaoh!
