Frankly, It must not have anything, it's the online casino site, not the State Office.

I get spammed too with bonus offers, yesterday even 200% special bonus via email and 4 or 5 other offers. This is so outrageous, they also advertise a new bonus. Here at Casino Guru there are now 41 complaints open. They owe us all money and advertise new bonuses this is deliberate fraud. And nobody does anything about it.
That's really the case, I also got 2 emails 😂😂 but no reaction to payment. 2 months are reached.
Waiting for 4000 that was proccesed 9/5. I hope that they have a lot of problems right now but after some time they will start to payout step by step.. have had 5000 euro already reccived (took some time) started a complaint aswell and hope they can help, but if they don't start to payout soon no one will keep playing there..
Have 15000 left on my account aswell so if the money i'm waiting for is gone I hope they get things right in the end and mayby I can reccive some of that insteed.
I thought about netent, play n go and other providers, do they want to be part of a casino that scamms people? Is it not possible to Contact them and mayby that Will get wild pharao going if the providers start to ask questions?
No clue how that workes just a thought..
Hello,
that a quite an amount you have there. I'm sorry but at the moment I would not be much optimistic when it comes to compensation. Frankly, those game providers are not bound to the casino in any way that could help with the pending withdrawals, this is why the licensing authority is here.
You can find the details here:

You can contact this authority yourself. Some players did it, so can join them if you want.
Hi, this is information that our colleague Adam received from their licensing authority:

"Dear Adam,
They do hold a license with us. They are currently under review and their license is suspended at the moment. We will be updating the status shortly once we have completed our review of this operator.
Regards
Compliance Department
Gaming-Curacao.com"
That's has to be Good right?
If they want the license back they will have to start with the payout?
If the don't the money is lost i guess🙁
Hi Daniel,
the licenses have been withdrawn so far, but how can they still advertise with so much bonus? That's ridiculous….
the monies that some have won here including me, i guess we'll never see that....
Guys, I hate to repeat myself but forget your money. They will now lose their license and go bankrupt. They probably don't even have the money to pay the winners their money. The drop is sucked. I've already finished with my prize, I've been waiting since May 9th. Remember, in Curacao everything is possible to attract people and get away with it unscathed
On the other hand, you now at least the licensing authority deals with it. They might have many similar emails to yours and they'll just reply to all of them once they reach some conclusion. I suppose that they wouldn't deal with the casino if they didn't read your email and other emails from players.
Of course, it would be nice to give you a brief reply confirming they received your email and they're going to investigate it, but yeah...it is what it is.
That's my guess as well. The casino was bad according to our rating even before all of the issues with the missing withdrawals were discussed here. Thus I wouldn't say you'll get paid, but I'd say it might be still possible since the authority is dealing with it.
