Hi Radka, the payment policy is really wierd at sunrise slots.

I request my withdrawals through bitcoin, so you wait 5 weekdays to get approved, then its 7-10 business days to get paid, then its another 2-3 days to receive payment from " our payment providers".

Oh almost forgot, you can only deposit to your account during the 5 day wait time, no free spins or any free comps can be claimed.

Btw i am waiting on another payout but i am not holding my breath anymore.

I got an email from them today about some cash back of 90 dollars. I signed in and started playing. When I was down to 50 dollars because the slots were dead again. I contacted chat and complained that the slots are always dead. The chat rep said what do you mean by dead. I had to explain, I said what I mean by dead is there is absolutely no return to player so my game play can last longer. I was playing sparky 7 @ a $5 bet. Bam! 3 bonus rounds in a row. $560 win...Now how is that????...Its ok has to be some kind of control. Its software right?

Doesn't matter after that not one slot paid me again. Lost again. If I was having fun at this casino without complaining. I would invest another few hundred dollars but I am skeptical about collecting a win.

I don't understand why they offer no rules bonus. There's almost no wagering, how would that casino benefit from that. I have noticed like somewhere around 7pm evenings here on the East Coast the slots will start getting really laggy. I just figured the casino was closing down. So I guess I have to change my hours of gameplay

George, I deposited today. Neon280 lol. Probably the wrong time of day but I started at 350 no rules bonus, and in 3 minutes I was up to 1000. The reels were spinning like 1000 mph and then total lagged almost like someone adjusted the RNG set from full player payout then to house only. I still haven't received my tiny win. Get this, Then some person there asked me for my bank statement lol for a wire transfer. I told them I do not give that out. No one's business so I switched it over to a check. I never had to give my bank statement for a wire ever. To me that is getting too deep into my personal stuff. Give your bank wire code, routing number and your account number. That's it. Maybe you have had good luck but I am starting to get annoyed here. If the looking through the complaints they seem to have a lot. Today I received another email from the counting department that they never receive my information for payment. So I sent it the 3rd time. Now I'm really getting annoyed.

Hello I need to get involved with this delay payment I’m going throw the same thing my first winning was December 3 of $600. And they paid me on December 23 into my Coinbase account . I won $500. On December 23rd and up to this day January 17th they still have not paid me so I email the payout / promo/ customer service/and the help email and they finally got back to me saying it’s being processed and approved but the funny thing is when I look into my account on sunrise of all my deposits and withdraws it says it was approved for payout on January 6th what’s really going on ? I’ll wait a-little longer

I got another email today where they were looking for all my information so they could send me a check. This is the 3rd time someone contacted me. I filled out all the information when I made the check withdrawal and there telling me that the accounting department doesn't have this information. This is the 3rd time and hopefully the last I am contacted about the same issue. Too many Indians and not enough chiefs and I hope I get paid. They are a small casino and they also have a lot of complaints that I just noticed.

I am starting to slip I usually do more research before joining a new casino.

They are not even pretty fast with the withdrawals themselves. Usually about a few months 🤯 according to this thread...
