sorry to say that, but you should read this thread. Other players waited for several months 🙁 Some were paid already.

You can submit a complaint though, and join other players with delayed payments.

Next time, I would choose a licensed casino instead - in case you have a problem, there is a chance to try the licensing authority, though it is not always a big plus - depends on the license.

so the approval was on the 10th, got paid today 1/12/23 but the original request was made on 1/3/23, btw i found out Saturday and Sunday do not count as part of your wait time only week days do.... and its 7-10 days from day of request to get your withdrawal ...i feel the 13th will be a lucky one
