So far nothing has happened to me. No money received and payout is still pending. If nothing changes by Wednesday, you can assume that the money is gone.
Because no matter what is said, when they send the money, it takes a maximum of 2 working days for the money to be in my account. That was so far at every single casino where I paid out.
So I'll give Spinpirate the "benefit of the doubt" until Wednesday and then I'll write off the money and try to counteract it in some way (I'm not quite sure how). Because if and I emphasize the "if" here. If this is brazen theft, I would find it very weak and questionable if you could just walk away without any sort of consequences and without anyone being prosecuted in any way.
As I said before, I'm hoping for the best, of course, and I'm putting it off on "my bank" for the moment.

Depends on the law, but now it's about you and I'm assuming you're based in Germany.
Even if it were legal for us, there would be no real way to get the profits in this case, let alone your deposits and yes, the operators can get away with it unpunished in most cases, especially in booths with a "Curacao license".
Let's just hope that the operators of Scatterhall & Spinpirate really mean business and start rolling out the payouts one at a time.
